About
Leslie launched her independent consulting practice to bring a more intentional, business-first approach to HR technology and transformation. After years of leading HRIS strategy, Workday architecture, and people operations across organizations of varying size and complexity, she saw a consistent gap between how systems are designed and how HR actually operates. Through her work, she partners directly with business leaders and HR teams to bridge that gap—translating real-world needs into scalable, effective solutions.
Her consulting approach is grounded in both experience and perspective: having sat in HR leadership roles as well as deeply technical positions, she brings a balanced view that prioritizes usability, adoption, and long-term impact. Whether guiding a Workday roadmap, supporting an implementation, or advising through organizational change, Leslie focuses on building systems and processes that not only function—but truly enable the business to grow.
